suspended classes due to bomb threat as manifested by no classes at 4:30pm

March 9, 2009, Monday. This was a day full of unfinished businesses – assignments were present, quizzes were on queue, microbiology examination then followed, non-academic errands came into play like processing of clearance and organization-related responsibilities. These were some of the things gradually add up to my stressful life today.

04:30 in the afternoon when suddenly everybody in the campus were anxiously moving out from school. They were more likely trying to evade something – a bit undesirable, awful. At first, I thought they’re casting away the drizzle that became a rain but no! There must have been a mistake on my fore-thought. Later that I knew that an announcement, indicating the suspension of classes, was enunciated. And what’s the main ground of doing so? A bomb threat!

When we talk of a threat, it is synonymous to danger – something harmful to one’s physical health. This might be one of the considerations for having suspended classes during that day. Lucky for us to have no classes but behind the grins lay masked the angst and the apprehension that it might about to occur soon, very soon. And it could cause detriment to every Brokenshirian.
